What is Girly Girl Musik? What do y'all do?

Oregon based label founded by Fae Moonbeam and Seffi Starshine that features recently emerging (shoegaze, post-rock, glimmer) experimental musik as well as fresh, original takes on lesser known, established (kosmische / kraut rock, drone ambient) genres.

Girly Girl Musik is a carefree, indie netlabel dedicated to having fun; making musik; and promoting, celebrating, and sharing the rare indie musik from obscure or evolving genres!

Hiya! My name is Fae Moonbeam :D I love composing musik, creative writing, and even drawing on occasion -- it's all art to me, and I love every bit of it!

We live on a beautiful, wondrous planet & co-exist w/ equally wondrous species of flora and fauna. This is really where it started, and it started when I was 3 or 4 years old. When I took in the enormity of it all, ideas started filling my head. Sometimes it was images, sometimes melodies, other times words, ideas, contraptions, etc. I didn't know the word for it at the time, but nature itself was my very first muse.

Over time, the effectiveness of this muse waned. Don't get me wrong -- it's still there and will forever influence me, but my feelings and tastes evolved as i got older.

Puberty forever changed me as it does with everyone, and my muse changed yet again! This time, she would be a woman that I'd see in my dreams.
